boy that ice in the background sure drips and forms in a weird angle! It's almost as if the camera angle was taken to highlight the climber Wink

boy a bolt chopper dry tooling a chipped rock route.I guess you could just call it a big hipocrasy.Oh wait he is a hard climber so it is ok

If he weren't a 'hard climber' would it then be ok in your eyes, slink? How does dry tooling a chipped route amount to hypocracy? He's placed more bolts that he's chopped so why is he labeled a 'chopper' instead of a 'bolter'?

Jim it is not the point of climbing the route that is hipocritical.It is the point of someone climbing bolted routes that has chopped other peoples work.But if you are a purist and bolts are bad then do not use them.Chopping bolts is like ruining someone elses art work.It seems that most bolts chopped are done by an elitist few
